Careers Waiting for you
This is the first step in your career as an Advisor and Financial Planner. As a para planner you will be assisting a senior advisor on managing their clients. The nature of work is administrative – working with investment plans, portfolios, tracking etc. This role does not entail any client facing responsibilities. The minimum qualification is a Masters in Finance or Accounting with an aptitude for detail and numbers. Good English and computer skills are a must.
A role that can bring immense satisfaction. As an Advisor you will be the primary manager for the investor, understanding their needs, profiling their risk appetite, constructing investment plans, executing them efficiently, monitoring and reviewing the portfolios and financial plans. Growing the book is also a requisite. In short, an Advisor’s role is that of a Rainmaker. Minimum qualification is a Masters degree in Finance with a minimum experience of 2 years in a related area. NISM Level X and XA / CFP / CFA / CWM are a must. An active reader and a wide horizon.
Our Research Desk occupies a prime place. It is where you will sit and monitor domestic and global developments, figure out their impact on investment strategies and tactics. Following data closely be it funds, stocks, bonds or the economy. You need a head for statistics and quants. And of-course, a voracious reader. Minimum qualifications are a Masters Degree in Finance or Economics; CFP / CFA / NISM Research Analyst Certificate.
