Our Wealth Stories

Rakesh Sing, 48

CEO

His story

Rakesh, a dashing naval officer, was just 48 when he ended his commission with the Indian Navy and received his retirement benefits. But as he looked forward to moving on from an armed forces career to a more chaotic civilian life, he was worried about whether life would be smooth sailing for his wife and two daughters still in high school. He’d been fending off pitches from determined LIC agents, when a radio interview with one of the Hexagon founders impressed him.

Funding his daughters’ post-graduate degrees, giving them weddings of their dreams and securing a comfortable retirement lifestyle.

Our senior advisors mapped out his main worries – funding his daughters’ post-graduate degrees, giving them weddings of their dreams and securing a comfortable retirement lifestyle. We urged him to pay down his personal and home loans, set up dedicated funds to finance his daughters’ education and weddings and set up regular income for his post-retirement lifestyle.

The Hexagon Impact

His elder daughter is now a successful oncology researcher in the US while his younger daughter is a Chartered Accountant. He’s consulting with one of the world’s largest aerospace companies. Living life on his own terms, Rakesh’s civilian life has certainly been turbulence-free.

It all started with Rakesh reaching out to us and giving us the opportunity to work for him with one mission, for his Wealth, worth, wellbeing
